DAY 1: CORFU
Welcome on board from 6 pm. Upon settling into your cabin meet our crew and enjoy welcome cocktail served in the lounge followed by dinner on board. Departurefor Katakolon. Presentation of the cruise, followed by presentation on Olympia: We will sail over night.

DAY 2: KATAKOLON
Katakolon will be a starting point for the excursion to Olympia, the cradle of the celebrated Olympic Games, which reached their highest point in the 5th century, attracting more than 150,000 spectators. Running, wrestling, pentathlon, horse and chariot racing were among the disciplines that were part of the games. The ruins will dazzle you with the refinement of the civilisation from which they date. We will visit Palaestra where the wrestlers trained and the sanctuary consisting of the Temple of Zeus and the Temple of Hera. Finally we will have a tour of the Stadium where the races took place. The museum exhibits the most beautiful items found during the excavations including examples of remarkable sculptures. Back on board for lunch and departure for Gythion.

SHORE EXCURSION: Olympia

DAY 3: GYTHION
Gythion is a traditional fishing port, the former Spartan arsenal and a fine example of the expressive and distinctive Mani architecture. From Gythion we will depart for the excursion named "Sparta and Mystras". Passing through Sparta, we will evoke the great historic rivalry with Athens, but it is Mystras first and foremost, a symbol of the Byzantine Peloponnese and the pearl of Morea, which will be the highlight of the tour. Discover the monastery of Vrontokhion, the Pantanassa and the monastery of Perivleptos with its astonishing church built under a rock. After lunch on board, enjoy your free afternoon in Gythion and explore picturesque alleyways and charming residences from the Ottoman period.

SHORE EXCURSION: Sparta and Mystras

DAY 4: PIRAEUS
This morning we are sailing to Piraeus. During today`s excursion we will explore Acropolis, the religious centre of ancient Athens, the Temple of Athena Nike adorned with graceful Caryatids. The imposing Parthenon dedicated to the goddess Athena will give you the opportunity to relive an entire epoch of Greek antiquity. Our panoramic coach tour of the modern city will give you a glimpse of the Greek capital before we return to the ship. Enjoy Greek evening on board including traditional dancing and music

DAY 5: CORINTH
Corinth used to hold a strategic position in the Mycenaean epoch. After lunch join the excursion to Mycenae. The city is said to have been founded by Perseus, with the help of the Cyclopes. The vestiges of the acropolis such as the Lion Gate, the royal tombs, the palace and Agamemnon's tomb will evoke the time of the Atrides. Enjoy the charm of Nafplio, an ancient city dominated by Palamidi Fortress.

DAY 6: ITEA
Itea is a seaside resort nestled in the heart of the Gulf of Corinth. This is an ideal point to start the full day excursion to Delphi ( lunch) ; a mystical focus founded by Zeus which once attracted a large number of pilgrims drawn by the predictions of the Oracle, the famous Pythia of Delphi, whose prophecies would be delivered by Apollo. We will visit the sanctuary of Apollo, the Agora, the theatre, the famous tholos of Delphi and the museum which exhibits various masterpieces discovered at the site of Delphi. Visit the Monastery of Osiou Louka, one of the most beautiful Byzantine monasteries in Greece nestling in a landscape of mountains, olive trees and orchards.

DAY 7: ARGOSTOLI - KEFALONIA
Today the ship will arrive in Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia Island. Kefalonia is the largest among Ionian islands and it offers contrasting landscapes of rocky capes, verdant hillsides along the coast and arid mountains. Our full day tour on the north of the island (lunch) will reveal the astonishing subterranean lake of Melissani. We will then continue to the Gulf of Mytros to visit Assos, a delightful fishing village located at a remarkable site. The route offers spectacular views over the sea and neighbouring mountains. Stop at the port of Fiskardo at the northern point of the island, which provides a view of the islands of Lefkada and Ithaki. Lunch will be served at the seaside village of Agia Efimia, followed by a visit to Saint Gerasimis Monastery.

SHORE EXCURSION: North Kefalonia

Day 8: CORFU
Corfu is a haven of peace to which Homer, Casanova, Sissi and many others declared their love. Join our guided tour to visit the Palace of Achillion built for the Empress Elisabeth. From the Palace`s gardens enjoy a magnificent view of Corfu and Ionian sea. The tour will continue across the Kanoni peninsula overviewing Vlacherna Convent and the island of Pontikonissi. Explore the old town of Corfu situated between two fortresses encompassed by ancient ramparts. This evening we will have a Gala dinner and dance evening on board.

SHORE EXCURSION: Achillion Palace, Kanoni peninsula, Corfu Town

DAY 9: KOTOR ESTUARY – DUBROVNIK
In the morning hours we will arrive in the Montenegrin coastal town of Kotor. This small town is surrounded by walls dating from the Byzantine times built at the foot of the highest Montenegrin mountain called Lovcen. The Old Town represents an amazing testimony of Romanesque architecture and a long maritime tradition. A walking tour of Kotor includes visit to Saint Tryphon`s Cathedral, built in the 9th century after sailors from Kotor brought back the relics of Saint Tryphon from Asia Minor, and the Maritime museum. In the evening we will arrive in Dubrovnik, the famous Mediterranean city nicknamed “the pearl of the Adriatic “. Enjoy your dinner on board and another dance evening.

DAY 10 : DUBROVNIK
Our cruise will end today with disembarkation scheduled at 9am. We will be happy to assist with any further services that will make your stay in Dubrovnik memorable.

Deposit of EUR 500,00 per person is required within 7 days of booking.
Final payment is required 70 days prior to departure.


CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS:
Our flat rate claim to reimbursement consist of a processing fee of EUR 250,00 per person for cancellation of a reserved trip up to 70 days prior to commencement of travel.
The following annulment fees shall arise in the event of later cancellation:
40% of the tour price for cancellation 70 - 61 days prior to commencement of travel
50% of the tour price for cancellation 60 - 51 days prior to commencement of travel
60% of the tour price for cancellation 50 - 30 days prior to commencement of travel
75% of the tour price for cancellation 30 - 15 days prior to commencement of travel
100% of the tour price for cancellation 14 - 0 days prior to commencement of travel
