Day 1
Embarkation in Barecelona late afternoon.
Day 2
Day in Palma de Majorca. Cultural centre of the Balearics and a modern cosmopolitan
metropolis, Palma de Majorca has much to offer visitors. As you stroll through the old
town, guardian of the island’s traditions, you will feel the past in the cobblestone streets
beneath your feet and the city walls around you. Founded by the Romans, the capital of
the Balearics was fnally conquered by the Catalans in the 13th Century.
Day 3
Morning in Ciutadella Menorca. Tranquil and peaceful, Menorca is the smallest of the
Balearic Islands and is a unique natural oasis rich in contrasts. A true paradise bathed by
the Mediterranean, the harmony of its shores never fails to seduce. The island’s
tranquillity owes much to the diversity of the natural world here which has led to the island
being classifed as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. late afternoon in Mahon.
Day 4
Day in Palamos. The sweeping sandy bay of Palamos provides a welcome break amidst
the cliffs which tower over the Costa Brava. A former fIshing village founding in the
12th Century, the town boasts some lovely sheltered beaches and deep rocky inlets
of turquoise blue water, not to mention the medieval old town.
Day 5
Stopover in Port la Nouvelle. You will set out from this port to discover the walled
Citadel of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The la cite de Carcassonne is
encircled by a huge double row of fortifed walls that run almost 2 miles long, is also
accentuated by 56 imposing and impressive watchtowers. Continue with a visit to the
Benedictine Abbaye de Fontfroide, one of the most complete abbey complexes
remaining today.
Day 6
You will spend the day at Port Saint Louis du Rhône. This port of call is the gateway
to the Camargue. learn about the natural history of the Rhone Delta as you drive by
salt fats where “ feur de sel” (fower of salt) is harvested by hand and look for the wild
white horses, famingos and bulls that roam freely here.
Day 7
Port of call brings you to Porquerolles. Sun, sea and glorious nature
have created a little paradise on the island of Porquerolles, where fowering myrtles and
heather fill the air with their heady scent. As for the village, it has preserved an authentic
rather secretive character. The passage of time and history has had no infuence on this
natural site, which has long been protected by those who love its unique fora and fauna.
Day 8
Disembarkation in Nice early morning.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Our flat rate claim to reimbursement consist of a processing fee of EUR 200.00 per person
for cancellation of a reserved trip up to 50 days prior to commencement of travel. The
following annulment fees shall arise in the event of later cancellation:
50% of the tour price for cancellation 49 - 36 days prior to commencement of travel
75% of the tour price for cancellation 35 - 26 days prior to commencement of travel
100% of the tour price for cancellation 25 - 0 days prior to commencement of travel |
