through the Inn's spacious rooms, each furnished
with original antiques and stylishly decorated
modern bathrooms.
The estate abounds with nature's own medicinal
and aromatic herbs which are grown and carefully
selected for teas and seasonings.
Even the rooms are named after these plants, ''Brnistra''
(Spanish Broom), ''Divlja ruza'' (Wild Rose),
''Vinova loza'' (Grapevine). |

Let
your hosts show you to the wine cellar where you
will enjoy Istrian prosciutto and cheese, prepare
sausages on a fireplace according to the old family
recipe, drink Istrian "supa" and eat delicous warm
bread from the baker's oven.
In the large kitchen you
may also learn how to prepare traditional Mediterranean
and Continental dishes, using fresh ingredients
from the garden and taste traditional wines of Istrian vitners. |

Children,
as well as adults will enjoy playing with the farm
animals or perhaps hiking, cycling and horseback
riding on the nearby ranch owned by friends of the
family.
Those who wish
may hunt partridge or rabbit, and sun lovers can
bask in the warm sunshine and swim in the clear
sea just 10 minutes from the "Stancija".

Stancija Negricani is open all year round. Facilities
are intended primarily for overnight guests.

by'' daily guests. The total accommodation capacity is 22-26
beds. 2 dining rooms, serving up to 30 guests, a wine cellar
with a capacity of 20 persons, a roof-covered terrace on
