Situated on a magical Istrian peninsula, a spectacular view of the lights of Venice can be seen on a clear day, along with the serene Brijuni Islands. Your privacy is safeguarded by more than 100 hectares of surrounding property. A high fence built around the indoor and the outdoor property has been constructed for its decorative charm only. The first residents of this island of silence are green plants, olive groves and the soothing sound of nearby crickets.
Within the property's beautiful surrounding stone wall, lies the main home and several meters away, a guest house. Connected by a mutual roof and a pathway, both homes form a single unit.
All living space is heated and air-conditioned and furnished with high quality new or antique furniture, dating from the 18th - 19th century. Fully equipped with fridge's, ice machine, gas stove with oven, coffee machine, mixer, toaster, glassware, silverware, chinaware - everything necessary for your comfortable stay - are at your disposal. All rooms are equipped with TV (plasma and LCD), DVD, Satellite TV, phone, safety box and Internet connection.
