Villa Yarra has been updated from it original old building structure to a light and airy modern home. The introduction of panoramic windows, light wood flooring and pastel walls have added wonderful charm to its open concept. Ground Floor
Large panoramic windows and doors open into a spacious sitting/dining room. Guest bathroom and washing machine are available for your convenience. The modern and airy kitchen, overlooking the pool, is equipped with a 4 burner stove/oven, large fridge/freezer and sink unit. Walk-up to first floor.
First floor
one bedroom equipped with double bed, French windowed terrace with a beautiful view. Shower room, bathroom, etc..
Second floor
Walk-up to attic equipped with a twin bed.
Outside
Parking is located at the side of the house. The furnished 10m x 5m swimming pool steps down into the water. Walk-up to furnished veranda equipped with stone barbecue.

This property is nestled between an extensive wooded area on one side and its own large, private garden on the other. The village of Rovinjsko Selo lies just beyond and within reasonable walking distance. In this village, taverns serve 'supa', or soup, prepared with white wine, somewhat unusual to Istria, as elsewhere it is made with red wine! Delightful Rovinj is only 11 km away and provides all the essential shops, banks, pharmacies, etc..
